تأكيد الطلب
إرسال النموذج لا يعني أن الخدمة بدأت. بعد مراجعة التفاصيل والملفات، يتم تأكيد نطاق العمل والسعر والوقت المتوقع وطريقة الدفع. يبدأ التنفيذ بعد الاتفاق وتأكيد الدفع، ما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابيًا على غير ذلك.
الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار الظاهرة في صفحة الرياضيات هي أسعار للخدمات المحددة الموضحة. الطلبات الكبيرة أو المخصصة قد تحتاج تسعيرًا منفصلًا بعد مراجعة الملفات. تُرسل طريقة الدفع المناسبة للعميل بعد تأكيد الطلب.
الخدمات الصغيرة ذات السعر الثابت
تُدفع بالكامل قبل بدء التنفيذ.
الأعمال الكبيرة أو المخصصة
يمكن الاتفاق على دفع 50% مقدمًا، والباقي قبل التسليم النهائي.
الإلغاء والاسترجاع
إذا أُلغي الطلب قبل بدء التنفيذ، يمكن استرداد المبلغ المدفوع. بعد بدء التنفيذ، يرتبط أي استرداد بالجزء الذي لم يتم تنفيذه من العمل.
إعادة جدولة الحصص
يمكن إعادة جدولة الحصة بالتنسيق المسبق وبحسب الأوقات المتاحة. يُفضّل إبلاغنا في أقرب وقت ممكن عند الحاجة إلى تغيير الموعد.
وقت التنفيذ والتسليم
يتم إعطاء وقت متوقع بعد مراجعة الطلب. قد يختلف الوقت حسب صعوبة الموضوع، عدد الأسئلة، طول الملف أو الحاجة إلى توضيحات إضافية من العميل.
الملفات والمحتوى المرسل
يجب أن يكون للعميل الحق في إرسال الملفات التي يرفعها. تُستخدم الملفات لغرض مراجعة الطلب وتنفيذ الخدمة فقط، وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بخدمة الرياضيات.
النزاهة الأكاديمية
الخدمة تعليمية. نقدم شرحًا، تدريبًا، مراجعة، توجيهًا ومساعدة على فهم الـAssignment. لا نؤدي اختبارًا أو تقييمًا مراقبًا أو مهمة يُشترط أن ينفذها الطالب بنفسه نيابةً عنه.
مسؤولية الطالب
يبقى الطالب مسؤولًا عن فهم متطلبات مؤسسته التعليمية، والالتزام بسياساتها، ومراجعة أي مادة قبل استخدامها أو تسليمها.
دقة المعلومات
نبذل جهدًا لتقديم شرح صحيح وواضح، لكن الرياضيات التعليمية قد تعتمد على منهج أو اصطلاح أو تعليمات خاصة بالمقرر. على العميل إرفاق التعليمات أو المنهج المطلوب عندما يكون ذلك مهمًا.
التواصل
يتم التواصل بشأن الطلب والسعر والدفع عبر البريد أو وسيلة يتم الاتفاق عليها. البريد الأساسي لخدمة الرياضيات هو trendpilotchoice@gmail.com.

Request confirmation
Submitting the form does not mean work has started. After the details and files are reviewed, the scope, price, expected timing and payment instructions are confirmed. Work begins after agreement and payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the math service page apply to the specific services described there. Larger or custom requests may require a separate quote after the files are reviewed. The appropriate payment method is sent after the request is confirmed.
Small fixed-price services
These are paid in full before work begins.
Larger or custom work
A 50% deposit may be agreed first, with the balance due before final delivery.
Cancellation and refunds
If a request is cancelled before work begins, the amount paid can be refunded. After work begins, any refund is linked to the portion of the work that has not yet been completed.
Lesson rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled with prior coordination and subject to available times. Please notify us as early as possible if a time needs to change.
Timing and delivery
An expected completion time is provided after review. Timing may vary depending on the difficulty of the topic, number of questions, file length or the need for additional clarification from the customer.
Files and submitted content
Customers must have the right to submit the files they upload. Files are used only to review the request and provide the service, as described in the math-service privacy policy.
Academic integrity
This is an educational service. We provide explanation, practice, revision, guidance and help understanding assignment requirements. We do not take a supervised test, assessment or task that a student is required to complete personally on the student's behalf.
Student responsibility
The student remains responsible for understanding and following the rules of their educational institution and for reviewing any material before using or submitting it.
Accuracy and course-specific requirements
We aim to provide accurate, clear explanations, but educational mathematics can depend on a particular syllabus, notation or course instruction. Customers should provide the relevant requirements when they matter.
Communication
Request, pricing and payment communication takes place by email or another agreed method. The primary math-service email is trendpilotchoice@gmail.com.
