المعلومات التي نجمعها
عند إرسال طلب قد نجمع الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، نوع الخدمة، المستوى الدراسي، لغة الشرح، الموضوع، وصف الطلب، والملفات أو الصور التي تختار رفعها.
الملفات المرفوعة
تُستخدم الملفات فقط لمراجعة طلبك وتنفيذ الخدمة التعليمية. تُحفظ نسخة خاصة خارج مجلد الموقع العام، لذلك لا تكون الملفات منشورة كرابط عام على الموقع.
مدة الاحتفاظ
النظام مُعد لتنظيف مجلدات الطلبات الخاصة التي تجاوز عمرها 30 يومًا عند معالجة طلبات جديدة. لذلك يكون الاحتفاظ عادةً لمدة تصل إلى نحو 30 يومًا، وقد يتم الحذف بعد ذلك عند تشغيل عملية التنظيف التالية.
البريد الإلكتروني
تفاصيل الطلب والملفات المرفوعة تُرسل إلى trendpilotchoice@gmail.com. كما يُرسل للعميل بريد تأكيد تلقائي بعد نجاح إرسال الطلب. الرد على رسالة التأكيد يصل إلى البريد نفسه.
بيانات تقنية وأمان
قد تعالج الاستضافة معلومات تقنية اعتيادية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح وسجلات الطلبات. يستخدم نموذج الرياضيات أيضًا قيمة مشتقة مشفرة من عنوان IP للمساعدة في الحد من الإرسال الآلي والمتكرر.
كيف نستخدم البيانات؟
- مراجعة طلب الخدمة وتحديد ما إذا كان يمكن تنفيذه.
- التواصل مع العميل بشأن السعر والوقت وطريقة الدفع.
- تنفيذ الخدمة وإرسال النتائج أو ترتيب الحصة.
- الحماية من الإرسال المزعج أو إساءة استخدام النموذج.
المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى
لا نبيع بيانات العملاء أو الملفات لأغراض إعلانية. قد تمر البيانات عبر مزودي الاستضافة والبريد اللازمين لتشغيل الموقع وإيصال الرسائل. عند استخدام Gmail للتواصل، تنطبق ممارسات Google على معالجة البريد داخل خدمة Gmail.
المعلومات الحساسة
لا ترسل رقم بطاقة بنكية، كلمة مرور، رمز تحقق، رقم حساب حساس، أو وثائق هوية غير مطلوبة من خلال نموذج الخدمة أو البريد.
طلبات الخصوصية
لطلب حذف بيانات أو ملفات مرتبطة بطلب معين، أرسل رقم الطلب إلى trendpilotchoice@gmail.com. سنستخدم رقم الطلب لتحديد السجل الصحيح.
الطلاب القُصّر
إذا كان الطالب قاصرًا، فيُفضّل أن يتم إرسال البيانات والدفع بإشراف ولي الأمر أو المسؤول عنه.

Information we collect
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, email address, service type, education level, explanation language, topic, request details and any files or images you choose to upload.
Uploaded files
Files are used only to review your request and provide the educational service. A private copy is stored outside the public website directory, so the files are not published as public website links.
Retention
The system is configured to clean up private request folders older than 30 days when new requests are processed. Retention is therefore normally around 30 days, with deletion occurring when the next cleanup process runs.
Email
Request details and attachments are sent to trendpilotchoice@gmail.com. Customers also receive an automatic confirmation email after a successful submission. Replies to that confirmation are directed to the same address.
Technical and security data
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs. The math request form also uses a one-way hashed value derived from the IP address to help limit automated or repeated submissions.
How we use information
- Review the service request and determine whether it can be provided.
- Communicate the price, timing and payment instructions.
- Provide the service and deliver results or arrange a lesson.
- Protect the request form from spam and abuse.
Sharing with service providers
We do not sell customer data or uploaded files for advertising purposes. Data may pass through hosting and email providers needed to operate the service and deliver messages. When Gmail is used for correspondence, Google's practices apply to email processing within Gmail.
Sensitive information
Do not send bank-card numbers, passwords, verification codes, sensitive account credentials or unnecessary identity documents through the service form or email.
Privacy requests
To request deletion of information or files linked to a specific request, email the request ID to trendpilotchoice@gmail.com.
Minors
If the student is a minor, submission of personal information and payment should preferably be supervised by a parent or guardian.
