Corrections

Outdated or incorrect information should be corrected, not hidden.

Marketplace data changes quickly. Reports about mismatched products, dead links, incorrect descriptions or stale commercial information are useful quality signals.

What to report

You can report a product that does not match the search, an accessory shown as a main product, a wrong or broken seller destination, an incorrect product explanation, a seller that should not be public, or ticket information that no longer matches the provider.

What to include

Include the TrendPilot URL, the product or event name, the seller if relevant, and a short explanation of the problem. A current provider URL is helpful when the issue concerns a destination or product identity.

How corrections are handled

The appropriate fix may be a data correction, product-role change, blocked seller rule, destination-label change, removal of an obsolete record, or interface change. A report should not be resolved by inventing missing facts.

Prices and stock

Because prices and stock can change rapidly, a different checkout price does not necessarily mean the original feed was fabricated. The provider's current checkout remains the final source of truth.
